SEO & AEO Execution
We execute the roadmap so you actually get found.
We take your audit (or build one from scratch) and implement every technical fix, content page, and AEO signal over a focused 30, 60, or 90-day engagement. You get rankings, AI citations, and a site you fully own when it's done.
The problem
You know what needs to happen. It's just not getting done.
You've seen the audit. You know the site is slow, the schema is missing, the content gaps are obvious, and AI search engines don't know you exist. The roadmap is clear.
But execution stalls. Your team doesn't have the SEO expertise. The agency you called wants a 12-month retainer before they touch anything. And every month that passes, your competitors are publishing the pages you haven't written yet.
Eikon runs fixed-scope projects in 30-day phases, highest-impact work first. Small projects are one phase. Larger engagements run two or three. You get a clear scope, clear deliverables, and a clear end date.
What's included
Everything from technical fixes to published content.
Technical SEO
Site speed optimization, Core Web Vitals fixes, mobile experience improvements, XML sitemap cleanup, robots.txt configuration, and HTTPS/security hardening. Nothing else works until the foundation is right.
Schema & Structured Data
Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ, and Article schema markup. When this is implemented correctly, search engines and AI models can parse what your business does, where you operate, and what you offer.
On-Page Optimization
Title tags, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, image alt text, and internal linking across every page on your site. Each page is handled individually based on its target keyword. No templates..
Content Creation
Service pages, comparison articles, buyer's guides, and authority content written for your audience and structured for AI citation. Every piece maps to a specific keyword and funnel stage.
Answer Engine Optimization
Entity signals, structured Q&A patterns, authoritative sourcing, and the markup that helps ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok recommend your business by name. This is what gets you from ranked to cited.
Internal Linking Architecture
Links between your bottom-of-funnel pages and supporting content, structured so authority flows toward the pages that convert. Search engines and AI crawlers use internal links to understand what your site is actually about.
The approach
Bottom-up content strategy.
Bottom-of-funnel pages come first: your service pages, your product pages, the pages where someone ready to buy lands and converts. Then middle-of-funnel. Comparison articles, buyer's guides, "best X in Y" roundups that capture people who are actively evaluating. Top-of-funnel authority content comes last, once the conversion infrastructure is in place to catch the traffic.
Every piece of content links back to the page below it in the funnel. Nothing gets published unless it has a clear path to revenue.
AEO
Answer engine optimization is not optional anymore.
When someone asks AI "who's the best plumber in Providence?" or "which CRM is best for small law firms?", they get a direct answer. One recommendation, maybe three.
If your business isn't in that answer, you're invisible to a growing share of your market. AEO is the practice of structuring your content, your entity signals, and your third-party presence so that AI search engines can identify and cite you.
We build AEO into every page we create and every technical fix we make. That means structured data that AI models can parse, content patterns that match how LLMs extract and attribute information, and entity consistency across your website, your Google Business Profile, and the directories that AI engines pull from.
The process
How a phased engagement works.
Audit
If you've already completed a Digital Marketing Audit, we reference it directly. If not, the audit is included. We need the data before we can prioritize. Either way, we start with a clear picture of where you stand.
Prioritize
We build a phased execution roadmap from the audit findings, ordered by impact. Quick technical wins go first. Then the high-value content pages. Each 30-day phase has defined deliverables. We agree on scope, timeline, and budget before any work begins.
Execute
We work through the roadmap week by week: technical fixes, content creation, on-page optimization, schema markup, AEO signals. You review and approve everything before it goes live.
Report
Monthly progress reports with ranking data, traffic changes, AI visibility checks, and what's coming next. You always know where things stand and what's been delivered.
Handoff
When the engagement ends, you own everything. Every page, every template, every piece of content. We can recommend ongoing monitoring or a follow-up project if there's more to do, but nothing is required.
FAQ
Common questions.
How long does an execution project take?
Projects run 30, 60, or 90 days depending on scope. A site that needs technical fixes and a few pages of content is a 30-day engagement. A full content strategy with competitive positioning is 60 or 90 days, broken into 30-day phases. You see results at each checkpoint before committing to the next phase. We'll give you a specific timeline during the strategy call.
What if I already have an audit from Eikon?
Then we skip straight to prioritization. Your audit findings become the execution roadmap, and the project costs less because the research is already done.
Do I need a retainer after the project ends?
No. The engagement has a defined scope and end date. When it's done, everything we built is yours. If you want ongoing rank tracking and AI visibility monitoring, the Digital Marketing Monitor ($129/month) picks up where execution leaves off. But it's not required.
What is answer engine optimization (AEO)?
It's how you get AI search engines to recommend your business. Structured data, entity signals, content formatting, and third-party presence management , all tuned so ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Grok can find you and cite you. SEO gets you ranked on search engines. AEO gets you into the AI answer.
What does a project like this cost?
Projects range from $2,500 to $10,000 depending on scope: how many pages need to be created, how much technical work is required, and how competitive your market is. We'll give you a fixed quote after the strategy call.
