Hosted by Eikon. We build, host, and manage the system. A monthly fee covers infrastructure, monitoring, and updates. Support and SLAs are available. Your data is always yours, with full export anytime. If you leave, everything transfers.

Build and hand off. We build on your infrastructure: your n8n, your Twilio, your CRM. One-time project fee with full documentation. You bring your own keys and manage it from there.

Database reactivation runs as a managed service. Our agent scores and re-engages your dormant contacts continuously. You pay per lead closed. The agent is our IP. Your data stays yours.

How much does this cost?

It depends on the delivery model. Build-and-hand-off projects are a one-time fee: a few thousand for a simple workflow, more for complex systems with AI voice or multiple integrations. Hosted solutions carry a monthly fee that covers infrastructure, monitoring, and updates. Database reactivation is performance-based: you pay per lead closed. We scope and price after the strategy call. No hourly billing on project work.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects are 2-6 weeks from kickoff to delivery. Simple workflow automations can be faster. Projects that involve AI voice or complex integrations across multiple systems tend toward the longer end. We'll give you a timeline during scoping.

Do I need to be a marketing client first?

No. If your business already has leads and your problem is operational (too much manual work, slow follow-up, scheduling chaos), you can start here directly with a free strategy call. Many clients do come through the marketing side first, because increased lead volume makes the need for automation obvious. But it's not a prerequisite.

What tools and platforms do you use?

If you bring your own keys, we build on whatever you already have: HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, Cal.com, Calendly, Twilio, n8n, Make, Zapier. If you want us to host and manage, we provision the infrastructure. Either way, we don't force a new platform.

What happens if something breaks after delivery?

For hosted solutions, we monitor and maintain the system as part of the monthly fee. If something breaks, we fix it. For build-and-hand-off projects, the 30-day check-in covers this. After that, you have full documentation, and your team or any developer can maintain it. Ongoing support retainers are available for either model.
