About Eikon Solutions

One person, start to finish.

I'm Joe Paravisini. I founded Eikon because I kept seeing the same gap: nobody studies the business before they start building. Twenty years of fixing that for service businesses.

Why I Do This

The same problem in every organization.

For twenty years I walked into organizations where growth had outrun the systems holding everything together. Engineering teams. Operations groups. Support organizations. Every time it was the same thing: smart people doing good work, buried in process that hadn't scaled with them.

Some of it was large-scale: platforms handling billions of daily requests, teams built from zero across multiple time zones. Some of it was specific. I led an SRE team through AI adoption that increased their velocity by 30% — not as a demo but as sustained daily output. I inherited a support org drowning in escalations and built the triage and response workflows that held when volume spiked 250%.

Every time, the work was the same. Observe how things actually run. Map the real process, not the idealized version. Figure out where structure, automation, or better tooling would have the most impact. Build it. Hand it off.

I started Eikon because I kept seeing the same problem outside the enterprise. Service business owners who built something real through skill and hard work were invisible online. Their competitors weren't better. They just marketed better. And the agencies those owners hired couldn't explain what they were doing or whether it was working.

Eikon applies the same approach: study the business first, recommend the simplest thing that solves the problem, build it, and make sure the client owns it and understands it.

How I Work

Five steps.

01

Study the business

I learn how your business works before I recommend anything. Your market, your competitors, your customers, your current digital presence — what's working and what isn't.

02

Recommend the simplest thing

The thing with the highest impact relative to effort. Sometimes that's a full content strategy. Sometimes it's fixing your Google Business Profile.

03

Build it

I do the work. Strategy, content, technical SEO, AI visibility optimization. The person who diagnosed the problem is the same person implementing the solution.

04

Hand it off

You own everything I build — pages, reports, assets, all of it. I explain what I did and why, so you're never locked in or left guessing.

05

30-day check-in

A month after delivery, we review what's working and what needs adjustment. Results take time to materialize, and I want to make sure the trajectory is right before I step back.

What Makes This Different

You always know who's working on your business.

Most agencies run on handoffs. A salesperson closes you, an account manager takes over, and somewhere in the back a junior does the work. Nobody who touches your project has the full picture. When results are bad, everybody points at somebody else.

Eikon is founder-led. I'm directly involved in every engagement, from the initial audit through strategy, execution, and reporting. The person who studies your business is the same person accountable for results.

That continuity is the difference between an agency that sends you dashboards and a partner who can explain what every number means and what to do about it.

No black box

You see the reports, the rankings, the decisions behind them. I explain what I'm doing and why. If something isn't working, you'll know before I do.

Founder-led, start to finish

I stay involved from audit through delivery. No handoff to juniors or account managers.

You own everything

Pages, assets, content — it's yours. If you decide to part ways, you keep it all. No hostage situation.

AI-augmented delivery

I use AI tooling to move faster and cover more ground. The judgment and accountability are mine.

Get Started

Let's figure out if this makes sense.

Book a strategy call. Tell me what's going on in your business. I'll tell you whether I can help and what it would look like.

If we're not a fit, I'll tell you that too.
