I've done this at companies with hundreds of engineers and platforms handling billions of daily requests. I've built teams from zero across multiple time zones. I've managed acquisition integrations where the legacy system had to keep running while everything around it changed.

I built a self-service system that let one person manage over a thousand small business accounts. That's not an engineering project. That's understanding the business well enough to know what can be automated and what needs a human touch.

I inherited a support organization drowning in escalations. Built structured triage and response workflows from scratch. When volume later spiked by 250%, the system handled it without breaking.

More recently, I led AI adoption across an engineering organization. Not as a demo. As daily operational tooling. The team's output went up by roughly a third and stayed there.
